Ok finally i got my friend to name her, since this is kind of a character I have designed for him. Soon to be a signature character along with Mintor.
She is a alien, and yes she abducts people for hear own pleasing.
Drawn and Airbrushed/pen done in Paint Tool SAI. took around 12hours or so, I did pay too much attention @___@ The basic redish background was done in Paint Tool SAI with a pen tool.
The effects were added in with Photoshop CS5.5.
